At PrintFunk, we want you to be completely happy with your custom T-shirts. Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both you and us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Key Point: All PrintFunk products are custom-made to order. Unlike ready-made products, custom items cannot be resold. This is why our refund policy differs from standard retail return policies.
Include your order details — name, order date, quantity, and description of the issue
48-Hour Rule: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, we may not be able to process your claim. This is to ensure the issue was present at the time of delivery.
4. Resolution Options
If your claim is valid, we offer the following resolution options:

Correct product shipped at our cost + pickup of wrong item

Missing items
Missing items shipped immediately at no cost
The choice between reprint and refund is at the customer's discretion (where applicable). We aim to resolve all issues within 3-5 business days of receiving your claim.
5. Refund Processing
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer). If you paid COD, refund is issued via bank transfer
Processing Time: 5-7 business days after the claim is approved
Partial Refunds: If only some items in your order are defective, the refund applies only to the affected items
6. Design Revision Policy
1-2 revisions free with each order
Additional revisions may be charged at a nominal fee (communicated in advance)
The final design must be approved by you before printing begins
Once the design is approved and production starts, no further changes are possible
7. Exchange Policy
Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for different designs, styles, or colors. However:
If we made an error (wrong size, color, or print), we will exchange the affected items at no cost
If you need additional items with the same design, you can place a new order
