PrintFunk delivers custom T-shirts across India and internationally. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and what to expect after placing your order.

If your delivery pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we'll inform you during the order discussion and suggest alternatives.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic (India):
Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges apply based on weight and delivery location. Charges are communicated in your quote
International:
Shipping charges calculated based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions
International charges are communicated during the quote discussion
Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer
No Hidden Charges: The shipping cost shared in your quote is final. We don't add surprise fees at the time of dispatch.
3. Order Processing & Production Time
Your order goes through these stages before shipping:
Design Approval: 1-3 days (depends on revisions needed)
Payment Confirmation: Same day once received
Production / Printing: Varies by order size and method (communicated in your quote)
Quality Check & Packing: 1 day
Dispatch: Handed to courier within 1 day of packing
Total estimated time from order confirmation to dispatch is communicated during the quote discussion and depends on order size, printing method, and current workload.
4. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number and courier partner name via email and/or WhatsApp
You can track your shipment on the courier partner's website using the tracking number we provide
If you face any issues with tracking, contact us and we'll help you locate your shipment
6. Delivery Issues
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us. We'll check with the courier partner and provide an update. In rare cases of extended delay, we may reship the order or arrange an alternative solution.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Take photos of the damaged package and items immediately
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund for damaged items
What if my order is lost in transit?
In the rare case that a shipment is lost, we will work with the courier partner to locate it. If the order cannot be recovered, we'll reprint and reship your entire order at no extra cost.
What if nobody is home at delivery?
The courier partner will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select domestic orders at our discretion
COD availability is discussed during order placement
Some remote pin codes may not be eligible for COD
For COD orders, the full amount is collected at the time of delivery
8. Local Pickup
For customers in our city, local pickup can be arranged:

Pickup is free — no shipping charges apply
Pickup location and timing coordinated via phone or WhatsApp
9. Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your T-shirts arrive in great condition:
T-shirts are individually folded and poly-wrapped
Packed in sturdy corrugated boxes for protection
Fragile items (like embroidered pieces) receive extra padding
Shipping labels include your contact details and order reference
